‘Advertising Age’ Names MediaWhiz a Top U.S. Digital Network in 2012 Agency Report
MediaWhiz ranks in top-25 of U.S. digital-agency networks and top-75 agencies from all disciplines
NEW YORK (May 1, 2012) — MediaWhiz, a leading online performance marketing agency, is ranked as the No. 11 search agency, the No. 21 digital-agency network and the No. 73 agency from all disciplines in the 2012 Advertising Age Agency Report, released this week by the trade publication. The agency’s 73rd ranking among all United States advertising and marketing firms represents an improvement of 112 places from its 2011 ranking of No. 185.
This marks MediaWhiz’s first-ever appearance in the top-100 rankings of all agencies listed in the Advertising Age Agency Report.

The 68th annual Advertising Agency Report was produced by the Advertising Age DataCenter. The report appeared in Advertising Age’s April 30, 2012, print edition and on AdAge.com. It includes rankings of more than 900 advertising, marketing-services and media agencies based on 2011 revenue. Both advertising and marketing-services agencies are considered for breakout rankings by discipline.
For these rankings, Advertising Age applies a 75-percent rule: If revenue from a particular discipline represents less than 75 percent of an agency’s total revenue, only revenue attributed to that discipline is show for that agency. However, if the discipline account for 75 percent or more of an agency’s total revenue, an agency is ranked in that discipline at 100 percent of revenue.
