MediaWhiz incorporated a cross-channel approach to help American Laser Skincare increase online leads from prospective patients, and convert those in-market beauty consumers into booked appointments, consultation showings and ultimately repeat customers.  This approach included utilizing Data Acquisition, Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, Display Advertising and Social Media.

Drawing from our acquisition expertise, MediaWhiz fully optimized the American Laser Skincare website as well as the registration fields on the online contact form with compelling creative to drive landing page redirects and conversions via Display Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing and Social Media. We created a Paid Search keyword portfolio designed to increase sales and better position the client’s brand messaging.

Throughout the process, MediaWhiz maintained open communication with American Laser Skincare to monitor improvement. We gave them access to lead source identification codes enabling them to analyze publisher and search keyword performance. To help close the loop, MediaWhiz helped optimize the sales process by modifying their call center script and acting as a “secret shopper” to provide ongoing feedback on call center service.
