Position Title: Support Analyst, MediaWhiz Display, Text Link Ads product
Location: New York

POSITION REPORTS TO: GM, MediaWhiz Display, Text Link Ads product
POSITIONS SUPERVISED: N/A

POSITION PURPOSE: This position will be responsible for providing end user technical support via email and some phone for advertisers and publisher accounts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Administrative/Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Provide user technical support via email and phone for advertisers and publisher accounts
  • Serve as customer support point of contact or basic technical support questions Interact with advertisers and publishers on a daily basis

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Intermediate internet and customer support experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle issues in a pleasant, professional manner are a must
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with the follow is preferred: Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista; Internet Explorer/Netscape/Mozilla/FireFox web browsers; Internet Security and Pop-up blocking software
  • Basic understanding of internet concept technologies
