Position Title: Assistant Manager, Operations
Location: New York

POSITION REPORTS TO: Director, Client Services
POSITIONS SUPERVISED: N/A

POSITION PURPOSE: This position will be responsible for delivering operational support to the Sales, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing and Finance departments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Campaign Management - Liaise with advertisers to manage the offer set up process, including: gather offer specifics; upload creatives; generate pixels and send to advertisers to test; suppressions list management; adhere to Can Spam Guidelines
Offer Maintenance - Coordinate uploads of creatives and offers’ suppression lists and updates of from/subject lines with advertisers and/or Client Services Director - Manage and address offer issues
Affiliate Requests - Coordinate placement and testing of affiliate pixels with affiliate team and advertisers - Upload creatives from Affiliate and White Delivery team as requested
Communicate with senior management to ensure clear understanding of project progress and direction
Suppression Management - Manage suppressions for all offers and coordinate with advertisers to ensure suppressions are up to date - Liaise with technology team and advertisers to automate suppressions - Work closely with technology team to improve process and procedure
Financial Reconciliation - Investigate and troubleshoot statistical discrepancies
Other tasks; as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong verbal and written skills are required
Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required
Excellent time management and organization skills required
Knowledge of online marketing industry preferred
