Position Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Georgia

POSITION REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing
POSITIONS SUPERVISED: N/A

POSITION PURPOSE: This position is responsible for designing and developing creative media with high-quality design for Internet Marketing websites and Email Marketing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Conceptualize an design stand alone e-mail creatives, websites and landing pages
Design front-end user interfaces and reports layout in HTML for business web applications optimized for ease of use
Create banners and creative for web publishing
Conduct market research and competitive analysis of products/offers, identify strengths and weaknesses and create effective design and concepts based on findings
Resolve cross browser/platform compatibility issues

QUALIFICATIONS

Solid web design techniques with an emphasis on Internet Marketing required
Ability to work with XHML programming a plus
Strong working knowledge of the following design and web publishing software is preferred: Photoshop CS; Illustrator; Dreamweaver MX
Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks with an attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with and support the needs of a team
Should possess high energy, enthusiasm and great attention to detail
