Position Title: .NET Developer
Location: Florida

POSITION REPORTS TO: Oscar Zamora
POSITIONS SUPERVISED: N/A

POSITION PURPOSE: To be successful the ideal candidate would be a team player and fast learner, with the ability to design and implement a coherent ASP.NET presentation, backend, and business layer. The ability to work independently and understand business requirements is also important.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Design, develop and maintain several ASP.NET websites in a team and alone
Create simple .NET services to monitor and provide simple internet applications
Work with non-IT to provide support and maintenance for legacy applications

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent knowledge and demonstrable experience of ASP.net development for intranets and websites. VB.net/C#.net development experience
Proven experience of creating and writing stored procedures and SQL of simple to medium complexity
Knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Server configuration
Reporting interface design an advantage
Experience of distributed architecture and high performance data collection is desirable
A working knowledge of HTML/CSS essential
Experience working a in team with VSS
Light graphic capabilities
