What is the time frame to launch a new campaign?
It's on a case-by-case basis. Depending on your website/offer, setup time is usually within 1-2 weeks for smaller size campaigns and 2-4 if website development, landing page optimization is necessary.
Can you design my landing page for me and if need be a brand new site?
Yes absolutely. As a channel under MediaWhiz Holdings we have access to some of the best designers and developers in the industry. Whatever your account needs, we can provide.
How do I qualify to become a client?
Credit check, references, measurable goals.
If I already have existing Google or Yahoo accounts can I still use your service?
Yes absolutely. If you have existing campaigns that will actually allow us to optimize your account faster because of the historical data your previous accounts will provide. Once you have become a client we will normally import your account into our agency master accounts which allow us to take advantage of the close relationships we have developed with Google, Yahoo, MSN and the 2nd tier engines.
How do you meet Google standards?
In 2006, Google initiated what is called the Quality Initiative. Google was always quality x cpc (cost per click) but in 2006 they started taking into account landing page quality and other proprietary factors. Through our experience and close relationship with Google we have mastered and continue to optimize your account structure and landing pages to not only meet but to exceed their stringent quality standards.
Are you familiar with Yahoo's new Panama platform?
Intensively familiar. We have diagnosed and broken down every aspect of Panama since its launch in February of 2007. We are a Platinum level agency and have our own team of account managers at Yahoo that deal specifically with our client's accounts.
Will I be able to interact and make decisions based on performance?
As a boutique SEM firm we work only with select clients and we work very closely with them. Our goal is simple: use our extensive experience and technology to maximize every dollar you spend on Search to achieve performance so that you can focus on making your product/service the best it can be. To that end we typically manage all aspects of the account from keyword research to landing page optimization to a/b and multi-variate testing. However, it is your account and if you would like to make suggestions we will discuss them and implement.
Which search platforms do you work with?
We work with every search platform from the big 3 - Google, Yahoo and MSN to the 2 nd tier engines including - Miva, Ask, Pulse 360, Enhance, Kanoodle, Marchex, Quigo, and several others.
Will I be able to see the keyword list you develop for my account?
It depends on our contract and if your campaign is completely new or has historical data. This is on a case-by-case basis.
Will I have a personal account manager?
Absolutely! As a boutique firm, personal account management is our primary focus. Your account manager will manage every aspect of your account from building a master keyword list, to creating optimized landing pages, to writing the ads, to integrating on the search engines and finally to optimizing and achieving your desired metric.
What is PPC/SEM?
PPC (Pay Per Click) Marketing is a unique marketing channel in which advertisers enter an auction and bid on keywords relevant to their businesses. The higher your bid and 'quality score' (http://adwords.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=49174) the higher your ad will be in the auction. So for example, your are selling widgets or your service is widget fixer. You would bid on the keyword 'widget' and you would compete with all advertiser's.
Do you do SEO as well as PPC?
In order to be masters of our craft we choose only to focus on paid search. However, we highly recommend you do a parallel SEO campaign along with your PPC (paid search) efforts and we recommend Text-Link-Ads for this
Why can't I just grab a few thousand keywords and manage them myself?
Paid Search Marketing can be infinitely complex with hundreds of thousands of keywords which are being bidded on by hundreds of thousands of advertisers all competing for the same 10-20 spots on Google, Yahoo and the other search engines. It is a full-time job and requires relationships with the engines, careful analysis and experience. More importantly by outsourcing your paid search advertising to an expert team you can focus on your product/service and allow us to worry about promoting that product/service.
I am an offline business and I want a website and advertising, can you help me?
Absolutely. In fact, we can design an entire site for you and help drive phone calls to your store, leads for you to follow up on or actual sales of your product. We can do this for national or local businesses through regional targeting.
What is PPC and how can it help my business?
